Omati Lodge
Total number of rooms: 3 | Prices start from US$
Tucked in lush greenery on the island’s west coast, Omati Lodge is for travelers who value peace, authenticity, and connection to nature. It’s a small eco-boutique retreat that blends traditional Polynesian architecture with modern comforts. They built the few bungalows mostly by hand, using construction wood and shingles processed right there in Tahiti. Moreover, the name “Omati” means “Sun” in Marquesan, perfectly reflecting the warmth of this special place.
Each bungalow features spacious interiors, private terraces, and access to shared amenities like a communal kitchen, barbecue area, and outdoor lounge spaces. Breakfasts are an experience in themselves: fresh fruit, pastries, and juices served directly to your room, letting you start the day at your own rhythm.
