The hotel’s name, Khokhobi, translates to “pheasant” in Georgian; a subtle nod to beauty, grace, and tradition. And just like its namesake, this place has a quiet, understated charm. You’ll find modern touches layered softly on top of classic bones: think high ceilings, wood textures, and just the right amount of sunlight spilling in through arched windows.
