What about the Location?

Its location could only be described as perfect -- it’s across the world-famous museums like The Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, and Stedelijk Museum while on the other side are luxury brands like Gucci and Armani. It is 10 minutes from the main canals and 15 minutes from Dam/ Centraal Station via tram. The neighborhood Oud Zuid is in the South and just a street away from the city center and the canals.
